Rodrigo Soto

Rodrigo works with partners across the commonwealth to make sure that Virginia can make investments that advance justice and break down barriers to opportunity for all by advancing policies that right the state’s upside-down tax code and close tax loopholes. He previously worked as a legislative aide in the Virginia House of Delegates for over three years. Rodrigo currently serves on the Virginia Latino Advisory Board, Virginia Milk Commission, UndocuMason Advisory Board, and Just Neighbors Board of Directors. Since coming out as both undocumented and gay, he has been committed to fighting for progressive change at all levels of government. Rodrigo earned his B.A. in communication from George Mason University.
