Megan Davis

Megan Davis is a Senior Policy Analyst at TCI, leading our tax and budget work. She passionately believes that budgets and tax codes are key policy tools for meaningful change and leads TCI’s analysis and research on how to advance equity and justice through Virginia’s budget and tax code. Prior to coming to TCI, Megan worked at the American Political Science Association, NC Budget and Tax Center, and the Southern Economic Advancement Project. Megan earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in public policy from the College of William and Mary and a Master of Public Policy from the Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy.
