Rodrigo Soto

Rodrigo works across all of TCI’s policy areas by working with lawmakers and partner organizations to advance our policy and communications goals. He also helps lead our federal advocacy work, focusing on tax and budget matters. Rodrigo is a former gubernatorial appointee under Governor Ralph Northam and also worked as a legislative aide in the Virginia House of Delegates. Rodrigo enjoys working at the intersection of policy and media, working to find solutions to problems impacting some of our most vulnerable community members across Virginia. Rodrigo earned his B.A. in communication from George Mason University.
