Yasmin Gregg

Yasmin is a woman of faith, wife, and proud mother of two. She’s thrilled to continue her nonprofit journey as TCI’s Development Director. In her role, Yasmin leads the agency’s fundraising efforts through grant writing, individual giving, and event coordination. She offers a community-centered approach to fundraising rooted in authentic relationship-building, stewardship, and the power of storytelling. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Studies from the University of Richmond, and a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from Howard University. Her career spans across multiple sectors, including human services, education, the performing arts, and now — policy and advocacy!

Outside of her work at TCI, Yasmin is an adjunct lecturer at Howard University teaching online courses in Fundraising for the Arts and Finance Management. She also serves on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and is a member of the VA Association of Fundraising Executives.
