Better Meeting the Needs of Students Facing Barriers: Division Data
Children in every community should have great public schools with the resources to help them learn and thrive. When we provide flexible resources for our educators to invest in high-quality curriculum materials, boost community engagement, and provide extra help for children who are struggling, our students do better. Increased funding makes the most difference in outcomes for students facing the highest barriers.
State lawmakers have the opportunity to create or improve additional funding specifically for students with disabilities, English language learners, and students from low-income families. The data linked below models what that could look like for the 2026 session and how each school division would benefit.
