House and Senate budget negotiators released their conference budget on February 22 for floor consideration by the General Assembly. The House Appropriations and Senate Finance committees released their proposed changes to the 2016-2018 budget (FYs ’17 and ’18) on Sunday, February 5, 2017. The governor’s proposed changes to the 2016-2018 budget
In December 2016, Governor Terry McAuliffe released proposed amendments to the 2016-2018 budget (FYs 2017 and 2018) for the House and Senate to consider.
